Bad Camberg marketplace

This little town in Hesse, Central Germany, is not bad at all: in German, 'Bad' is a frequent prefix of place names signifying a spa resort. The resort in Bad Camberg is one of the oldest in the country, yet it's not the town's only attraction. Bad Camberg is full of beautiful timber framed houses covered in elaborate woodcarvings. It's fairly close to Frankfurt and absolutely worth going to if you have free time.
